The Ministry of Transport is listed in RIPE as mdcr.cz, but for
MX-only. They have probably dialup Internet access. The person
from the ministry listed in RIPE is Viktor Svub, e-mail svub@mdcr.cz .
 
 
I think the equivalent of the FAA is in the Czech Republic:
