I am writing to ask for your help in using the Internet to
locate a missing person.  I live in Boston in the United States
and my friend has asked me to help her find out if her nephew is
in Praha.  His name is Joseph (Joe) Tehranian and he is 23 years
old.  He has dark brown eyes and hair and he is approximately
1.75 meters tall.  Joe was last known to be in Praha in early or
mid 1995.  His family is trying to locate him and tell him to
call home immediately.  The American Embassy and State Depart-
ment are also trying to find him, but I would be very happy
if you have ideas for how I could use the Internet to help
find him or get a message to him.
