BGP4 and CIDR Deployment status (fwd)

Jedno mozna trochu opozdene ohlaseni. EUnet CR od nedele 27.2. jede
BGP4 stejne jako dalsi provozovatele IP siti. CIDR na Internetu zacina
zit. Doufejme, ze ku prospechu Internetu :-).
