As many of you will know, Microsoft's new online service called Microsoft
Network (MSN), part of Windows 95 - was launched on 24th August. Worth taking a
look at? By all means. Thinking of recommending it to friends? Think again!

Whatever the size of the marketing budget it should not disguise the fact that:
 - MSN UK offers *no* World Wide Web access
 - MSN UK includes practically *no* local content
 - MSN UK costs almost *twice* as much as CIS for most usage
  scenarios

Perhaps a brief summary of the differences between the Microsoft Network (MSN)
and CompuServe will help emphasize these points.
