	But there is a bandwidth limiter in the development (2.1.x) series.
If you can run development kernel on your machine, have a look at
the "shaper" device (CONFIG_SHAPER, linux/Documentation/networking/shaper.txt).

	There is no bandwidth limiter in the stable (2.0.x) kernel line.
