I have a problem with JPGs under IE4

Can anybody help me with this problem ?
When I download ANY jpeg under my Internet Explorer 4, it will does not show
properly. I'd like to see a picture, but all I can see is CHAOS...
Unseeable chaos...
all the picture is made of random pixels of random colors...
Should you help me please ???
