Reakce na ICMP port unreachable (IRIX)

	Ja jen podotknu, ze v mem konkretnim pripade skutecne
port unreachable posila cilovy pocitac. Cili se (i podle zbytku teto diskuse)
klonim k nazoru, ze IRIX se v tomto chova neoptimalne.
