Starting in March 1998, EuroTel Praha is offering exceptional, incredibly favorable rates
for internet access from your mobile phone within the EuroTel GSM Global network!
As of 1 March 1998, owners of mobile phones on the EuroTel GSM Global network with
activated data and fax service can add Týden (Week) Service, with its more favorable
rates, to any basic program of services for only 149 CZK/month (only 54 CZK for
subscribers to the EuroTel Business program).
In the past, the more favorable rates (a flat rate of 2 CZK per minute for calls between
EuroTel mobile phones on working days and a full 200 minutes per month at the exceptional
rate of 1 CZK per minute on Saturdays and Sundays) related only to voice communications.
As of 1 March 1998, however, the same rates will also apply to data and fax transmissions
between mobile phones within the EuroTel GSM Global network, and the number of weekend
minutes at the more favorable rates will be doubled (200 minutes monthly for voice
communication, 100 minutes for data, and a further 100 minutes for fax connections). In
addition, from 1 March 1998 to 30 April 1998, these more favorable rates will also be
valid for mobile access to the internet (the telephone number is 0602/900 009). For
example: an entire hour of mobile internet access within the EuroTel GSM Global network
will cost the owner of a mobile phone with activated data and fax service and with Týden
service only 60 CZK on Saturdays and Sundays!
