EUROTEL IS OFFERING GO SMS


As of February 17, 1999, EuroTel is offering Short Text Messages – GO SMS to all its customers using the GO pre-paid service.

Existing GO customers do not have to activate this service since GO SMS is activated automatically free of charge. Customers, who buy GO after February 17, will also have automatic access to the GO SMS service after charging their GO card.

One of many advantages of the GO service is that the customer can check the credit for calling directly on a display of his/her mobile phone free of charge at any time. The updated credit shows on a display within approximately fifteen minutes after the GO SMS message is sent. Another unique advantage is that the GO customer also receives a text message indicating the charge deducted. Only Go provides this level of instant control.

GO customers can now also use EuroTel information services such as – GSM InfoText, SMS Reminder and SMS Plus - in their full extent. Price for these services complies with the valid price list for services.

GO SMS messages can be send within the EuroTel GSM network as well as to customers of other operators, including foreign ones.

Distance or the type of operator to whose network the GO SMS is directed do not influence the price for one GO SMS sent. The price of one GO SMS is 3.30 CZK including VAT.
