Customer Care Department has moved house! From 18 January 1999 the Customer Care Department operates in a new building. It has not moved far from its original place, the main building of the EuroTel Company which is situated at Sokolovská 855, Praha 9. As a matter of fact it only moved a few dozen meters, into the building called Rokytka. This change of address, of course, does not mean any change in relation to the customers. The Customer Care Department will, just like it has done until now, respond to any telephonic or written questions, requests for changes and will take care of all administrative work connected with the maintaining of accounts. Only the Personal Visits Department has remained at the same address, on the ground floor of the main EuroTel Building, next to the sales outlet. Beginning from May this year it has, moreover, extended its business hours, so that its employees are now at the disposal of all customers from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 19.00 hours and on Saturday from 9.00 to 13.00 hours. We believe that the Customer Care Department in its new premises will continue to provide the holders of mobile telephones with the prefixes 0601, 0602 or 0606 with reliable services, which are traditionally characterized by quality, outgoing attitude and professionalism.
