How to effectively pay the bills

Dear customers,

The results of a recent customer informedness poll showed that many of you would invite up-to-date information on how to most effectively pay EuroTel service bills. In relation to this finding, the following lines bring you the most important information about payments and a brief overview of how possibly to carry them out.
LandCruiser In this thread, we would like to focus your attention on the advantages of the most rational and more and more preferred means of paying bills--automatic billing from your bank account. Along with all the important conditions for the collection payment, including the needed forms, you will find instructions on how to get this means of payment in the enclosed ”Direct Billing” information brochure. If you decide to choose this means of paying bills, you must properly fill out and confirm the forms and send or fax them to the Customer Service Department where your means of payment will be changed in the system. For your information we state that this means of payment may be introduced only for current bank accounts. According to a statement by Èeská spoøitelna, this form of payment may not currently be employed for a budget account. Nonetheless, we believe that billing will be possible in the future even from this type of account. The modern means of payment will then be made available to those of you who own budget accounts.
HOW CAN YOU PAY YOUR BILLS
We are aware that paying bills is commonly considered a less pleasant obligation and does not tend to be in the forefront of interest. That’s why we want to help you select a means of payment that will be the most convenient for you and will also save you from potential problems related to late or improper payment.

To start off, we should remind you what kind of financial documents you’ll receive from us as a customer who has closed a Contract for EuroTel Network Public Radiotelephone Services.

Deposit Card

Each customer who has purchased the GSM Global or Classic service from EuroTel will receive a Deposit Card for a one-time deposit in the amount of the monthly fee according to the chosen Service Program. This deposit serves as a payment guarantee for the provided services and will be billed upon closure of the contract. Via the Deposit Card, you may also be billed the deposit for international roaming or other extraordinary deposits, the amount and refund conditions of which are specified in the General Service Conditions and the valid price list. Aside from the distinct nature of the deposit payment, the deposits are billed on a special non-tax document due to the need for an independent payment document for those of you who do double-entry accounting. Each Deposit Card lists a variable symbol in the bottom right-hand corner which agrees with the number of the Deposit Card, which symbol must be stated in all deposit payment means.

Monthly bill

Each customer will regularly receive a billing for services and fees for the passed billing period. This bill has all of the requirements of a tax document. It is very important for payers to know the date of maturity of the bill. Each monthly bill also has in the lower right-hand corner a variable symbol listed which agrees with the number of the tax document, which must always be stated in all means of paying the monthly bill. This facilitates the rapid processing of received payments.

Bank transfer

A very widespread means of payment which is used especially by mid-size and large companies is bank transfer from you current account to the EuroTel account. Payment is made based on a payment order on which the EuroTel account number, the variable symbol, the correct amount, and constant symbol (for bank transfer--0308), must be properly filled in, to name a few. All of this information is stated on all EuroTel bills. Properly and completely filling in the payment order facilitates the subsequent rapid administrative processing of the payment and prevents possible mutual misunderstandings.

Direct Billing

For those of you who want to use a very rational, modern, and effective method of paying bills for mobile phone use, automatic direct billing is designed just for you. You can utilize this means of paying bills assuming you have a current account in any bank in the Czech Republic. In order to begin this payment method, you must fill out an Application for Direct Billing and request the bank for a Confirmation of Account Opening for Unlimited Direct Billing. Both of these forms must be delivered to EuroTel. Direct Billing may be used for a definite or indefinite period with the minimal duration being three billing periods. If you try this means of paying bills, you will certainly soon appreciate its benefits. You won’t have to think about paying bills at the bank or post office every month and you’ll save time. This means of payment completely eliminates the possibility of your forgetting to pay the bill. This way you’ll totally avoid your mobile phone’s being unexpectedly disconnected when you need it the most. You will also not lose track of how much you owe since you will regularly receive billing for the services at the address you stated as the invoicing address. The bill will be labeled in bold ”Do not pay. Paid by direct billing” and you’ll be able to check you phone expenditures.
Money order
You can also pay your bill for EuroTel services using a standard money order from any post office in the Czech Republic. This method is designed for those of you who do not have a bank account or for any reason prefer paying bills through the post office. In the case of paying by this means, we would especially like to emphasize the need to correctly specify all information, including EuroTel bank data and the variable symbol since this will accelerate your payment’s processing. You can pick up a money order with EuroTel pre-printed bank information in all brand-name EuroTel stores or write the Customer Service Department for one.
Penize
In conclusion, allow us to summarize the main principles of effective paying of bills:
-pay your bills on time, i.e. by the maturity date specified on the bill
-don’t forget to state the payment’s variable symbol
