Different Products For Different People
In one of the previous issues of the Magazine we introduced you to a part of our advertising campaign which we ran for the first half of this year. The campaign emphasized the main competitive advantage we then had - our coverage. The main slogan of the campaign was "More coverage in more places," and it concentrated on informing customers about signal coverage in the Czech Republic and about a number of the roaming partners in the international EuroTel GSM Global network.
The campaign, that was run in various types of media for few months, was accompanied by short-term activities aimed at the direct promotion of the sale of our services. This concerned monthly discounts on both our services and mobile phones of various producers sold by the company. The most recent advertising campaign of EuroTel focuses on the promotion of various types of services suited to various customers. We start from the assumption that every person is an individual and that everyone has different needs. The search for the right thing is becoming more and more complicated as the world we live in is becoming more varied. There are also new possibilities for mobile communication, and everyone has a different attitude towards it. What is attractive in a mobile phone for one person might not be important at all for another. How to choose the product that would suit you the best from such a wide selection? Our revolutionary conception might be the answer, as it brings about a completely new approach to the possibilities of mobile communication exactly because it connects the variety of uses for mobile phones with a variety of human needs. This is called a segmentation of customers according to their needs and characteristics. From the very beginning, the EuroTel company has dealt with the monitoring of changing needs and characteristics of specific groups. Thus, at the moment we concentrate on a varied promotion of our services not only for current but also for future customers.
Now, we are offering you "Different products for different people." Different needs might mean not only the technological perfection, simplicity, and independence of mobile communication, but also a joy of life, or the life style of some of us. The new advertising campaign is an expression of this concept. We present our services to different groups of people in a way which best reflects their specific needs and, at the same time, which is close to their life style. At the beginning of November, a special EuroTel supplement was published in some daily newspapers, and later it was also distributed to the company's shops. The supplement contained a 16-page presentation of the company's services organized and presented according to the different needs of our customers. This is going to be a long-term campaign. It will be run in various types of media such as televised sport, advertisements in the press and on billboards, and free postcards. Different Products For Different People
During the campaign we are going to gradually present new EuroTel services and new types of mobile phones.
Among the products presented there's something to choose for everyone. The true professionals managing whole companies may use the most up-to-date technology and services that will make their demanding work easier. Families who need mobile telephones mainly in the case of emergency, or as a substitute for a fixed line may use one of the cheaper service programs, or a new service - the rechargeable GO card. The GO service is ideal also for young people, or university and college students mainly because it does not involve any regular monthly payments. The EuroTel Region program containing special services and the Weekend service are very well suited for businessmen operating within particular regions. So, if you run a business and make only exceptional calls outside your region, this program is designed especially for you. At first, the service was offered only in some regions, but has gradually been extended to all regions of Bohemia and Moravia, including Prague and Central Bohemia. The choice available is really wide and it depends on every one of you what choice you will make.

The company bases its offer of services on long-term research into the needs of its customers because it is their satisfaction that is the most important thing for us.

 The Weekend Is Here

The Weekend service is here! All you have to do is to pay an additional 95 CZK a month as a supplement to any of the new EuroTel service programs valid from October 1 and the Weekend is yours.

This means 200 minutes of phone calls a month and each of these costs only 1 CZK. And all this from Saturday 0:00 a.m. to Sunday 12:00 p.m. and on state holidays. And, it doesn't matter from where, within the Czech Republic, you phone. So, for instance, a ten-minute phone call from Prague to Ostrava costs a mere ten crowns. Call all your relatives and friends on the weekend because at what other time is it cheaper for you than now with the Weekend service? If your program contains minutes of free calls, you can use your 200 weekend minutes of the Weekend service only after you have used the free minutes that are part of your program.

The New Week Service

The new Week service is great for those of you who often make either business or personal calls to other mobile phones.
Different Products For Different People If you pay an additional 149 CZK to any of the new service programs valid from October1, from Monday to Friday you can call any other mobile phone in the EuroTel network for only two crowns. In addition, this service automatically includes the Weekend service that enables you to make 200 minutes of phone calls every month for only one crown. What's more, this applies to calls to both mobile phones or to a fixed line. If you are already using the Weekend service, you will pay only the difference in prices of the two services, which is 54 CZK. (Prices do not include VAT.)
