New call center in Pribram

The EuroTel Customer Service Department is not only active in a new building but a new city as well! The new regional office is located in Příbram where EuroTel Praha has modified and reconstructed the former Czech Insurance Agency building.
Understandably enough, nothing has changed for EuroTel Classic and EuroTel GSM Global mobile phone customers and owners. And if it has, it’s for the better! Just as it has in the past--to your complete satisfaction, we hope--the Customer Service Department will be taking care of all administration associated with account management, consultation and potential suggestions, requests, and complaints.
“We chose Příbram out of several candidates primarily for its good location and the number of schools which guarantee a sufficiently educated and qualified work force. Thanks to the new regional branch which will provide employment for approximately 180 technical and administrative employees, EuroTel ranks among the largest employers directly in Příbram and the immediate surroundings,“ explains Ivan Balcar, head of the Customer Service Department.

Along with the contractors, EuroTel managed the entire reconstruction of the building literally in record time. The revisions, which were projected by Artline and carried out by SM Group, began in November of last year and came to an end in May of this year. The entire building--including the electric distributors provided by Hewlett Packard--was also reconstructed compliant to EuroTel operating, technological and design standards.     For Magazine readers who have not yet visited Příbram, let us briefly add:
The city with a population of approximately 37,000 inhabitants is situated south-west of Prague at the foot of the Brdy mountains. Originally the residence for squires which became a city during the reign of Jan Lucemburský and was declared a royal upper city in 1579, it was famed primarily for silver mining and later for lead and uranium ore. Since 1849, a mining school has been active in the city and a mining academy from 1874 to 1945. The famous Holy Mount (Svatá Hora), which has been the location of traditional religious pilgrimages and processions since 1647, is situated not far from Příbam. Holy Mount is also visible with the bare eye directly from the widows of EuroTel´s new building.
We hope that even in the new building and new city the Customer Service Department will provide the owners of mobile phones with a 0601 and 0602 dialing number with reliable service which has been traditionally characterized by quality, accommodativeness, and professionalism.
