Starting June 8,
1998, EuroTel will be introducing new types of Message services to the market. The
simplest type is PRAKTIK voice mail which has a simple and easy-to-use menu. This voice
mail is allocated to all new customers automatically and free of charge. The next step up
is UNIVERSAL voice mail which includes several additional attractive and useful functions.
The top of the line is represented by PROFESSIONAL voice mail which is truly a
professional Message service which improves on lower types by introducing other features,
but also offers fax services.
If we were to compare the existing Message service types with the new ones, we would get
the following order (from the simplest to the type with the widest menu):

The new voice mails also have diverse parameters (longer saving period for new messages,
larger number of saved messages). These parameters may be enlarged with the new HOLIDAY
service.
If a customer chooses any of the new types of voice mails, all he has to do is contact the
Customer Service Department and his voice mail will be changed free of charge. All
individual settings (messages for the caller, security code, etc.) will be preserved.
Activation for all types of Message services are free of charge.

Features of individual types of voice mail
Selecting a suitable type depends solely on you and on what Message service functions you
want to use.
PRAKTIK
- the simplest and easy-to-use voice mail. It has the following features:

UNIVERSAL
-middle-class Message service which has the same features as the previous type, but
additionally has these functions:

Message delivery--if you have a new
message, the Message service can inform you by calling you back at your main telephone
number (i.e. to your mobile phone) or to a back-up telephone number (i.e. your randomly
chosen number). |

Mailbox name--you can record your
name into it for the voice mail to use when communicating |

Sending messages--the Message
service sends your recorded message to the chosen number. The advantage is that the
Message service will repeatedly try again to deliver the message if the line is busy. |

Message forwarding--you can pass
messages received on to other people, including attached comments |

Response--you can respond
immediately to messages received by sending a message. It operates like sending a message. |
PROFESSIONAL
-a totally professional Message service which has the same functions as the previous types
and additionally offers you these services:

Receives and saves into memory all
of your fax messages. You can then print them out anywhere, anytime, and as many times as
you need. |

Of course, you can send, forward,
or even attach fax messages to responses. You can also specify the time messages and faxes
should be delivered. |

faxes will automatically be delivered to the number determined by you according to the
time schedule you enter. |
