Are you in a hurry, do you need to apply a new service or temporarily
disconnect a telephone for “vacation“ and you don’t want to be held up filling out
an application to change the service? We have a solution for you! You can now change and
activate select services or connect and disconnect the telephone number itself via
Conversant Voice Information System that you encounter anytime you contact the Customer
Service Department.
Up until now, you could utilize the voice system
only to check your account status without being switched over to our operator. At that
moment, our voice system’s selection is available to you for the TIP and GSM Global
networks which have been expanded to include the services specified in the chart. We will
continue to expand our service assortment for you. If you want to make any of the offered
changes, just call the Customer Service Department (*11, 0800 1 80011, +420 2
67016701) with your 6-digit identification number which you received by
registered mail along with the cover letter.
Note: Services marked with * may only be applied for the GSM system.

After contacting our Voice Information System, choose the language in which you wish to
communicate. You can choose from Czech or English. Then, in order to check your account
status or to make services changes, press the number 2 button on your mobile phone. The
Voice Information System will then request that you select either to check your account
status or to make a service change. If you decide to change services, press number 1 on
your mobile phone keypad. Before the selection itself and before making a change,
identification is necessary by entering your mobile phone number and your identification
number. If the information is entered correctly, you can select from the services listed
below according to the number you dial.
After selection is made, the Voice Information System will inform you of the costs
and conditions for connecting the services or disconnecting the telephone. If you approve
of the selected change to be made, you confirm its execution. If your request can be
carried out, you will receive after the call is completed a GSM text message on your
mobile phone informing you that the operation was successful. If your request cannot be
carried out, you will be given the option of being transferred to a Customer Service
Department employee.
