The EuroTel customer service center in Brno enjoyed its grand opening on April 1, 1998 in
the M-Palác on Heršická street where it moved from its original location on Hybešova
street. It is presently situated at a very attractive location-roughly 3 km from downtown,
and in the vicinity of the main highway toward Vienna and Prague. It is part of the new,
modern, spacious and easily accessible business administrative center which also offers
shopping in a business passage with a number of other attractive stores, including
McDonald's and BAUHAUS stores. Customers can thus make visiting this center part of their
necessary shopping for the entire family. That's why a vast parking lot has been erected,
including underground garages. 12 trained employees at the Brno center will provide you
with overall service. From simply providing information to potential customers, selling
mobile phones and accessories (including activation), to services for existing clients
(lump-sum changes, additional purchases of other services, etc.) and technical service.
On weekdays, the center's business hours are extended into the evening hours. For those of
your who are busier, you will surely appreciate the option of shopping in the center on
Saturdays.

Ostrava
In light of the fact that EuroTel endeavors to do the most for its clients and to provide
the highest possible quality services and due to the unfitting parameters placed on the
sales location's quality, the Ostrava Customer Service Center was relocated from its
original location at Eerná louka in the center of Ostrava to OD Kaufland in
Ostrava-Záboeh-6 km from downtown. After 14 days of trial operation, the new Customer
Service Center's grand opening was held on October 1, 1998, with the attendance of EuroTel
management.
By changing its location, the new center gained more than 300 m2 of sales area at the
strategic location-inside OD Kaufland, which is frequented daily by more than 10-15,000
customers. The department store is located in the immediate proximity to the most heavily
used but still passable road that intersects all of Ostrava from the north to the south,
making it easily accessible even for customers from all other cities and adjacent towns.
Sufficient parking is a given.
While you do your regular shopping, the center can offer its customers overall
service-activation, services and hardware, after-sale service-the sale of accessories and
consulting (lump-sum changes, additional purchase of other services with added value), and
last but not least, technical service-mobile phone and hardware repairs. An interesting
specialty of the center is the assembly workshop which is separated from the sales area
only by a glass partition. This allows the customer to watch his Handsfree set be
installed into his car.
And now to finish the most important thought. In order for the customer to be able to
freely decide when to visit the store and in order to ensure him the widest service
possible, and in order for him to get a feeling of certainty that he can rely on the
center at any time, the center offers attractive business hours-7 days a week, Monday
through Sunday, with opening hours during the week extended to 8 p.m. You could say that
these business hours are literally one-of-a-kind in the Czech Republic. At present, this
operation is ensured by a team of 15 trained staff members who are readily willing to
advise all incoming customers not only in selecting a mobile phone, but also to recommend
suitable accessories and the fitting service program. Based on the first reactions of
customers and the high visitorship on Saturdays and Sundays, the center's management is
ready to fortify personnel with more employees.
