Now the Voice Information System also gives you the chance to change your SERVICES
PROGRAMME
By now you will certainly have heard or read about using the Conversant Voice Information
System to change and activate selected services or to disconnect and connect an actual
telephone number. Many of you are already familiar with using this method.
Up to now you have had the chance to use the voice system to find out the state of your
account and to start using selected services. We are now launching a new Conversant
service, the CHANGE TO THE SERVICES PROGRAMME for the T!P and GSM Global networks, wihich
does not require you to be reconnected to our operator.
If you decide to change your existing
programme of services, all you have to do is to call the familiar number of our Customer
Care Department (*11, 0800 1 80011, +420 2 6701 6701) and know your six-figure
Identification Number that you received by registered mail along with the accompanying
letter.

When you are connected to our Voice Information System, you first choose the language you
want to communicate in. You can choose either Czech or English. Then, to find out the
state of an account or to make a change to services, you press button 2 on your mobile
phone. At this juncture the Voice Information System will ask you to select between
finding out the state of your account or changing services. If you opt for changing
services, press button 1 on your mobile phone keypad. Before the selection and change are
performed, however, you need to identify yourself by entering the number of your mobile
phone and your Identification Number. If the requested information is correct, you can
select from the offer of services listed below. If you want to change your current
services programme, press button 3. Please do not forget that the services programme can
only be changed once per billing period.
After the change to the services programme has been selected, the Voice
Information System informs you of the programmes of services on offer. If you want to make
a change to any of the offered services programmes, confirm this action. When you have
made your application, you will receive a text message on your GSM mobile phone telling
you that the change to the programme of services you selected has been successfully made.
