Service program
– The group of services chosen by you, containing call fees and a monthly fee.

Monthly fee
– A regularly charged lump sum from the service program. If the mobile phone is used
only during part of the month (being activated in the middle of a month or disconnected
for the holidays), a corresponding proportion of the monthly fee will be charged.

|
Free minutes – are minutes free of charge, guaranteeing free
domestic calls. As for international calls, the domestic call rate is charged during the
calling time. Free minutes are applied to all outgoing calls from the beginning of the
charging period, unless the calls are free. The number of free minutes does not apply to
the operation of data and fax services within the EuroTel GSM Global network and NetCall
55 service.

National rate – The charge for outgoing calls from a mobile phone
within the EuroTel Praha networks, being called to any area in the Czech Republic,
including all interconnection fees to the PSTN of SPT TELECOM a.s, to the "Mobile
Internet", to the EuroTel Praha network and to the Paegas network.

|
International rate – is the domestic rate
increased by the international surcharge.

|
Rate hours – The calls are charged depending on the time
interval within which you are calling:
Peak : weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Off-peak : weekdays 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Weekends : weekends, and state holidays

Roaming with Slovakia – A service enabling you to use your mobile phone and services from EuroTel
Praha, spol. s r.o. even during trips to Slovakia. The use of services in the network of
the Slovak operator is billed depending on the prices of this operator.

Voice Mail Box or PRAKTIK – are activated upon the conclusion
of the Contract, enabling the calling party to leave a voice message for the called party.
Should the Voice Mail Box or the PRAKTIK remain out of use for 3 months, they will be
deactivated automatically. You can request reactivation at the Customer Care Department of
EuroTel Praha, spol. s r. o.

Special rate – The charge
for outgoing calls to Human - assisted services. This Special rate is fixed for all
Service programs and free minutes are not applied.
