Sending faxes via the T!P (NMT)
network is technically identical to standard fax transmission in the fixed network. Of
course, the term "fax" in the T!P network does not mean a sheet of paper with a
message, but a data file stored mostly on your notebook’s hard drive.

Insert the fax modem PCMCIA card into the
PCMCIA slot of your computer. |

With the interconnecting cable connect the
PCMCIA card with your mobile telephone’s line interface. |

With the second interconnecting cable connect
the line interface with your T!P mobile telephone. |
 |
Turn on your T!P mobile telephone. |
 |
Turn on your computer. |

If you have already installed a PCMCIA card
drive, start the program for sending and receiving faxes. If it is not installed, install
the PCMCIA card according to the instructions enclosed with the card. |

In the "faxing" program you can then
create and send the requested document - fax or receive faxes coming to your cellular fax
number. |

With the interconnecting cable connect your
T!P mobile telephone with the line interface. |

With the second interconnecting cable connect
the line interface with your desk fax machine. |

Turn on your T!P mobile telephone. |
 |
Turn on your fax machine. |
 |
Now you can send or receive the necessary fax
documents from your desk fax machine in the standard method. |
Fax box
In connection with the fax box, your mobile
telephone is now able to receive and send fax messages at any time and place without the
necessity of connection to a fax machine, PCMCIA card or notebook.
