It is possible for you to record your own greeting for those who reach your voice mail. After listening to the greeting, the caller is invited to leave a message. If you do not record a greeting, the caller will hear a system message announcing the number of your mailbox and inviting him/her to leave a message.

Example of a good greeting:
"Hello. This is Dominik Jagr. Unfortunately I can't take your call at the moment. Please leave me a message and I will contact you as soon as I can. Thank you."

System greeting:
"You have reached Voice Mailbox 602 xxx xxx."

The following sentence will always be added after your greeting or the system greeting:
"After the tone record your message."
