EuroTel presents
An operator-assisted Information Service
The joint-stock company Creatis and its daughter company Teleconsult, holders of a CTO
license for operating an audiotext tele-information service, are introducing a new type of
service on the market. An Information Service has been set up for users of the T!P and GSM
Global services and the GO program via EuroTel Prague's network. This is a special
up-to-date offer of the Christmas Information Service.
Among the advantages of operator services is that they are simple and fast, and are
available to any user of EuroTel telecommunications services. No additional activation is
necessary in order for these services to be used. The fact that they can be used anywhere
is unquestionably another big advantage. You require no additional equipment to obtain the
information you need, and, thanks to the ease with which these services can be used, you
can even get information while driving your car, for instance.
At the present time operator services are available only in Czech. However, we are already
preparing to introduce these services in English as well.
How do I use the Information Service?
You need only dial a simple telephone number in order to get the information you require.
This number connects you with the appropriate station, where you can find the answers to
your questions or talk to someone who will be able to help you.
A list of telephone numbers, the names of services and the content of the services
provided at each telephone number are given in the following table.

will be further developed on an ongoing basis, according to customers' current needs.
Operator services are available only from mobile telephones owned by EuroTel Prague
customers, and only within the Czech Republic.
How does the Basic Services INFO LINE work?
When you call *900 you will hear the recorded voice of an operator offering you the
available options. You gain access to the information you require by making a DTMF
selection from your telephone (entering the appropriate number on the telephone keypad).
Later, you can simplify this procedure by using numerical combinations you already know to
access the required information directly (e.g.: *900 X, XX or XXX, where X is the
appropriate one- to three-digit combination – the directional code).
How does the Extended Services INFO LINE work?
When you call *911 you can make use of two types of services. The first of these is
information available from an automatic operator. The second is a service provided by live
operators. Here you can choose between two procedures: either connect immediately with the
first available operator, who will provide you with the information or service you
require; or, if you have had good previous experience with a specific operator, you can
choose this operator and wait until he or she is available to serve you.
What is the Mail Service?
This service (*922) is also provided with the assistance of an operator, who will send a
message to the address you designate. This address may be either the telephone number of
another EuroTel Prague GSM mobile telephone (the message will be delivered in the form of
a short text message (SMS) displayed on the addressee's screen) or a fax number (the
message will be delivered in the form of a fax to the receiver's number), or the message
may be delivered to an e-mail address via the Internet.
How much do these operator services cost?
The cost of these services is determined by the price per minute for the call. The prices
given below are applicable for all users of EuroTel Prague telecommunications services,
and are the same for all time periods.
