Testovani a mereni ISP (was: Ad Lupa)

	Mozna by vas mohlo zajimat, ze problemy mereni kvality ISP
se setkavaji s odporem nekterych ISP nejen u nas, ale i ve svete.
Nedavno byl napriklad po soudni intervenci jednoho nejmenovaneho ISP
nucen ukoncit svoji cinnost sledovac NetStat (http://www.netstat.net)
- byl take obvinovan ze spatne metodiky. Blizsi informace a diskuse
na toto tema je na http://slashdot.org/articles/9841512437.shtml.

	Osobne si myslim, ze ten, kdo testuje vykon site, ma pravo
zverejnit jakekoli namerene vysledky, pokud zaroven zverejni metodiku,
pomoci ktere tyto vysledky dostal a casy mereni. Na druhe strane vykon
site neni vsechno. Dulezita je tez bezpecnost, odezva ISP v otazkach
uzivatelske podpory, atd.
