ISN--INFOSEC NEWS NEWSLETTER

Nothing in technology is more explosive these days than issues of
security, firewalls, encryption, hacking, and "legislation affecting
these topics." Whether you are for or against technologies associated
with them, your life will be affected by any ruling now and in the
future. Just think: What if it turns out that the Galaxy IV satellite
was sent into orbital oblivion by hackers? What if the plane you were
flying in suddenly lost its wireless communications as it was landing?
What if somebody broke into your computer and crashed it to the point
where you lost every document you'd ever created? If you want to hear
about what's going on and what people have to say about these issues,
this is the newsletter for you. Knowledgeable participants submit news
items and other pieces of information from around the Net, such as who
is suing whom, IEEE conferences, and more.
