Versions of Pegasus Mail v2.53 for Windows aimed at ISPs and Network
Administrators are now available at the sites listed below.

This release consists of three files:

   WPM253I.EXE   - ISP distribution of 16-bit WinPMail v2.53
   W32-253I.EXE  - ISP distribution of 32-bit WinPMail v2.53
   ISPKIT.ZIP    - Detailed information on customizing the setup and
                   configuration process using these archives.

ISPs and Network Administrators should usually download ISPKIT.ZIP and
examine its contents before deciding whether the default distribution
archives are suited to their purposes.

Using the information and utilities in these archives, it is possible to
create versions of Pegasus Mail for Windows that can be installed from
scratch without the end user having to provide any information, or answer
any questions - the entire setup and configuration process can be
automated to whatever extent the ISP or Network Administrator desires.

This is a first release of this technology, and we welcome feedback on
it: if you have comments or questions on these releases, please contact
us using the address tech-support at pmail.gen.nz.

The archives can be obtained from the following sites:

Via FTP:
   risc.ua.edu, in /pub/network/pegasus/isp  (North America)
   ftp.usm.maine.edu, in /pub/network/pegasus/isp  (North America)
   pegasus.topnz.ac.nz, in /pegasus/isp  (South Pacific)
   ftp.beijar.se, in /pub/pegasus/isp (Scandinavia)

They will be available from ftp.let.rug.nl in /pegasus/isp later this
week (we are having connection problems to that site).
