How to activate your GO Card: |
1. |
Charge the battery of your mobile phone
device. |
2. |
Insert the GO Card into your mobile phone
device (see the Mobile Phone User’s Manual). |
3. |
Switch on your mobile
phone device. If the display shows a message asking you to insert the GO Card, check
whether the GO Card is inserted correctly. |
4. |
The display shows the “Enter your PIN”
message, asking you to enter your personal identification number (PIN). |
5. |
Enter your PIN. If you make an error,
entering your PIN, use the correction key. |
6. |
As soon as the display
shows the ”EUROTEL-CZ” (”CS 02” or ”230 02” with old types) network
description, your GO Card is ready to operate. Because your GO Card is only pre-activated,
you need to call the GO Line or *88, before you start with the charging. |
7. |
Scratch (using a coin)
the surface of the identification field on the GO voucher, attached to the GO Card. |
8. |
. Follow the
instructions provided from the GO Line and select the charging mode for your GO Card. |
9. |
When you are asked to,
enter the 14-digit identification number that appeared in the identification field. |
10. |
The GO Card is
automatically activated when you enter and confirm the 14-digit identification number. |
11. |
Hang up. |
12. |
Wait for a short
textual message (SMS) confirming the charge of the GO voucher value on your GO Card and
its activation. Delete the message after you read it. |
Some mobile phone devices need
to be switched off and on, in order for the currently charged value to be shown on the
display of the device.
Note: It is recommended that SMS messages be deleted after being read, to avoid a mailbox
overflow.
Enabling the GO Card, after an
incorrect entery of your PIN
If you enter an incorrect PIN, the display shows a message indicating that the PIN entered
is not correct. After three successive PIN errors the card is disabled and the display
shows a message asking you to enter the PUK code. Please pay close attention to entering
the PUK code because ten (10) PUK code errors will permanently invalidate your GO Card.
Having entered PUK code, you have an option to define a new PIN code (4 to 8 characters).
New PIN code
You may change the PIN code any time, at your own discretion.
Your
new PIN has been stored on the GO Card.
The PIN may consist of 4 to 8 digits.
* If you have forgotten your PIN code, a new one may be defined using the PUK code.

The new PIN code definition may differ depending on the type of mobile phone device.
