SMS Gateway is a service from EuroTel Praha which
completes our extensive range of information and communications services based on short
text messages (SMS). This service is a tool for people who do not have the option of using
EuroTel GSM Global Text Services directly, but who want use SMS messages to communicate
with mobile phone owners on the EuroTel GSM Global network.
SMS Gateway allows text messages to be sent from the Internet to a EuroTel GSM Global
mobile phone. The service offers the following options:

EuroTel Praha’s SMS Gateway is provided to
you FREE OF CHARGE. |

In view of the nature of the service, its link
to the Internet and above all to protect the privacy of you, our customers, it is not
possible to guarantee the delivery of all messages sent by the Gateway, due to the
impossibility of distinguishing regular messages from unsolicited ones (e.g.
advertisements, spam, etc.). For regular use of the Gateway (dozens of SMS messages for
the user each day), these restrictions should not affect the usability of this service. |

commercial SMS Gateway, Business Messaging Gateway (BMG).

Sending text messages from
the WWW page
Procedure for sending messages

Select the dialling code (0602 or
0606) for the EuroTel GSM Global mobile phone. |
|
In the " Tel. no."
field, enter the last 6 digits of the phone number for the EuroTel GSM Global mobile phone
you wish to send the message to. |

In the " Enter text"
field, enter the text of the message you want to send to the EuroTel GSM Global mobile
phone you have selected. |
|
Press the " Send
message" button to send the text message. The next page will contain information on
the text and the addressee of your text message. |
Features of messages sent from the WWW page
|
The text you write can have up to 779
characters. The text will be divided into the corresponding number of SMS messages, each
with 160 characters, owing to the nature of the GSM SMS service. When breaking up the
text, words will be kept whole, with the continuation of the text indicated by the "
>" character. |

When writing messages, use only upper and
lower case letters, without diacriticals, numerals or the following characters: !
" # & ’ ( ) * + , - . / . Characters with diacriticals (accents and
inverted circumflexes) will be converted into the corresponding characters without
diacriticals. |

SMS messages sent from the WWW Gateway will be
retained for 24 hours. If it is not possible to send an SMS message to the addressee’s
mobile phone within that time, the message will be deleted. |

The capacity of the WWW Gateway is adequate to
cover the needs of the ordinary non-commercial user. |
Sending text messages by
e-mail
Procedure for sending messages

In the header of the e-mail, fill
in as the addressee (To:) the EuroTel GSM Global phone number you want to send the message
to. The addressee’s phone number must be in international format, i.e. 00420602xxxxxx@sms.eurotel.cz
or 00420606xxxxxx@sms.eurotel.cz. Replace the " xxxxxx" characters
with the last six digits of the phone number for the message’s recipient. |

In the message’s Subject and
Body, write the text of the message you want to send to the EuroTel GSM Global mobile
phone you have selected. |

Send the e-mail you have written. |
Features of messages sent by e-mail
|
The maximum length of the text delivered to
the mobile phone is 160 characters (1 SMS message), owing to the nature of the GSM SMS
service. If the text is longer than 160 characters, only the first 160 characters of the
text will be delivered. The text of the message sent is the subject of the message (in the
" Subject:" field). |

When writing messages, use only upper and
